Pari Esfandiari is a serial entrepreneur and internet pioneer. She has years of experience in diverse businesses including: media, marketing, social networking, e-commerce, and gaming with/in Europe, China, the Middle-East and the United States. Her latest venture, Grofun is an innovative marketing solution to converge iGaming and brick and mortar. 

Pari’s work for women and media is showcased by UNESCO and is supported by Google Foundation. Her articles on wide range of topics are published and translated worldwide. 

She has a doctorate from Oxford Brookes University in sustainable business, and is an avid environmentalist.

Kim Arnold, Chief Operating Officer

Kimberly Arnold joined The Innovation Group of Companies as Vice President of Operations in 2008, and was promoted to partner and Chief Operating Officer last year. In her role as co-manager of the firm's Innovation Interactive practice, she contributes to the organization's industry-leading research specific to igaming, and is currently advising a number of domestic clients regarding their online strategy. Casino Enterprise Management recently recognized her among the "Great Women of Gaming" in 2012, and Global Gaming Business just named her among the "Top 25 People to Watch in 2013". She is also an affiliated member of International Masters of Gaming Law and actively supports the AGA's Global Gaming Women initiative. 2013 marks the third year that Ms. Arnold has worked to co-produce the iGaming North America event.

May Scheve Reardon, Executive Director, Missouri Lottery


May Scheve Reardon has served as the executive director of the Missouri Lottery since December 2009. As the first woman to hold this position, Reardon brings extensive leadership experience from the financial, nonprofit and government sectors, including serving 12 years as a Missouri state representative. Reardon previously worked as an assistant vice president at Regions Morgan Keegan, a private wealth management firm in St. Louis, and she was also director of development at the Richard A. Gephardt Institute for Public Service at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, Reardon taught political science and communications at Webster University from 2005 – 2009. Reardon holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in communications from Webster University. Reardon currently lives in St. Louis with her husband, Tim, and their three children.

An instantly recognizable and respected member of the iGaming community, Nicky often attends and actively participates at industry conferences and events, and looks forward to the opportunity to contribute to the industry’s continued success and growth.

Judy L. Patterson, Senior Vice President & Executive Director, American Gaming Association


Judy L. Patterson is senior vice president and executive director of the American Gaming Association (AGA). In this capacity, Patterson administers the association’s day-to- day activities and has set up industry task forces to study issues as diverse as taxes, bank secrecy act provisions, communications and responsible gaming. She was instrumental in the creation of the National Center for Responsible Gaming, an independent, nonprofit organization that administers the nation’s only peer-reviewed research grants program focused exclusively on problem and underage gambling and serves as the Secretary/ Treasurer. She also was a key player in the creation of Global Gaming Expo (G2E), and has led the development of the event into the largest and most successful gaming industry conference and trade show in the world. In addition, she has shepherded the expansion of the G2E family of events to include G2E Asia. Patterson also works with consultants, academic institutions and state gaming associations to develop independent studies of gaming issues. She also serves on the board of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA).
