Rep. Keeley has taken an active role in championing important legislation through the Delaware General Assembly, and with her role as co-chair of the House Gaming and Pari-mutuels Committee, has been integral into the issue of online gaming in the state. Additional initiatives include the Mental Health Parity Act of 2001; a bill to catch red light runners in the City of Wilmington; legislation to restrict physicians from charging outrageous fees for the transfer of medical records; legislation to prevent price gouging during a state of emergency; bills to make our streets safer by cracking down on drug dealers and properties that sell illegal alcohol and the establishment of a hearing aid loan bank for Delaware children three and under and introducing a bill to restrict the sale of violent and harmful video games. Rep. Keeley was the driving force in developing Delaware’s Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program and the States Medical Marijuana Program. She continues to focus on the current foreclosure issues in the State and has introduced legislation to regulate mortgage brokers and payday lending institutions. Representative Keeley severed as House Minority Whip 2006-2008.

Kim Arnold, Chief Operating Officer
Kimberly Arnold joined The Innovation Group of Companies as Vice President of Operations in 2008, and was promoted to partner and Chief Operating Officer in 2012. In her role as co-manager of the firm's Innovation Interactive practice, she contributes to the organization's industry-leading research specific to iGaming, and is currently advising a number of domestic clients regarding their online strategy. Casino Enterprise Management recognized her among the "Great Women of Gaming" in 2012, and Global Gaming Business named her among the "Top 25 People to Watch” in 2013. She is also an affiliated member of International Masters of Gaming Law and actively supports the AGA's Global Gaming Women initiative. 2014 marks the fourth year that Ms. Arnold has worked to co-produce the iGaming North America event.
