Delegate Rates (all prices are per person)

Standard conference registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception (Sunday, March 4, 2012)
• Two full days of conference access (Monday & Tuesday, March 5 & 6, 2012)
• Two networking luncheons
• Conference materials

Boot Camp Primer Workshop Only and Boot Camp Primer Workshop with Welcome Reception rate delegates may not attend any of the two-day conference (March 5 - 6).

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of the registration form. .

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation requests received prior to February 29, 2012 will receive a partial refund; a $250 processing charge will be deducted from fees previously paid.  Any cancellations after February 29, 2012 are non-refundable; however, conference materials will be sent after the program is concluded.

Substitutions are welcome for paid registrants at no additional charge; advance notice by February 29, 2012 is required. .
